Here is a cake to Celebrate Canada Day! I took a cake making course recently and I decided to make a red and white cake to celebrate our colours for Canada's birthday. I did some pompom flowers on the top and a cascade of little flowers around the top and down the side with some ivy leaves in between. I am bringing it to a big barbecue that my parents are having today in honour of Canada's birthday and in honour of our wonderful friend Mark who is visiting here from Australia. I hope that everyone has a great Canada Day!
