Opus Gluei Challenge - Get Felt Up

Backwards again................will I ever learn? Probably not. Tee heeeeee. Here is my entry for the Opus Gluei challenge at http://opus-gluei.blogspot.com/2010/04/saturday-rewind-48-now-that-weve-all.html, 'All Felt Up'. Love the title!!!!
I used Eco Fi, which is felt made from recycled plastic bottles and did a coffee cup cozy for my Timmy's cup! Or Starbucks, or Donut Diner, or whatever great coffee, tea, etc. that you drink. Keeps your hands cool, gives you a good grip on your drink, helps the environment so that we don't have millions of the cardboard cozies hanging around in landfills, and doubles as a wrist warmer! It makes your wrist especially warm after it has been on your hot coffee for a few mins.

Thanks Opus Gluei for another awesome challenge!!!!

Happy Easter

Chocolate 'sundaes' from an idea found on the website http://ediblecraftsonline.com/candy_bouquets/cb7/index.htm
which is called 'Incredible Edible Crafts'. I made these for our beautiful nieces, who really enjoyed them.

Of course once again, I put the images in backwards. And.........I forgot to take a picture of THIS cake that I made for Easter dinner at my parent's house BEFORE the Peeps massacre. So this is the after picture. I tried to make the cake look fun and happy for spring. And it tasted really good too!

Here is the first chocolate mocha cake that I made for my mother-in-law's 80th birthday. The only decoration were two candles.

This is the disaster that was our kitchen during the baking process.

Notice the pink Bubba Keg. I wish it had been filled with beer, but alas.............only tea.

I hope that everyone had a great Easter!
