OK........a girl can dream

Oh ya, right.

As if.
In my dreams.

Never in a million years.

I can hear my back end hitting the floor with a very ladylike thud as I land less than gracefully on the floor while attempting to walk in these AMAZINGLY GORGEOUS shoes!!!
Aren't they LOVELY????????????? Works of art. Enough said.

Puggie Christmas Card

Well, it doesn't get more Christmas-ee than 3 pugs in stockings on the front of a Christmas card. These are a friend's babies and she asked me to put them in stockings on a dozen cards that she will be sending out this Christmas season. The puggies are so cute and are named Odie, Daisy, and Lola. They are super adorable and are always so well dressed at all of the puggie parties in the city. I can't wait to see what they are wearing for Halloween as well. Pure puggieness!!!

80 Years Old, But Young At Heart

A birthday card for a young 80 year-old. Cousin Robin is crazy for tennis. He's not my cousin, but I like the way that sounds. Teee heee.

Christmas Ornaments

Yes, I said it.....................Christmas!!!! These ornaments were made by embossing an Outlines rubber stamp, cutting it out, and then mounting the cutouts on the top of Christmas ball ornaments, after removing and replacing the tops.
Easy Peasy and fun!
Sorry for the over exposure, but hopefully it gives you an idea of how they are put together.

Wedding Exploding Box/Card, Black and Silver

A money holder/wedding exploding card/box for a family wedding that we attended on the weekend. We had so much fun!!!!! Have to go hop in the jacuzzi now and have a good soak. All of that dancing took it's toll! But..............totally worth it.

What would I do if I had these rooms????

Turn into a prune because I would never get out of this tub.

Have a nice cup of tea and read a good book.

Drink a glass of nice red wine and have a cuddle with Syd and George.

Stop and stare, and drink in the pinkness.

Gorgeous Jewellery

How gorgeous is this jewellery????????????????? I am speechless............and that sure doesn't happen very often. Just ask my husband. Heee heeee.

Beautiful Flowers and Bouquets

I was surfing for flowers and things on the internet and found an amazing blog for a floral designer at http://www.thekissingtree.blogspot.com/. Check it out.........the bouquets are amazing!

Thursday Think-Ables

I love the 'Friday Fill-Ins' that some bloggers put on their blogs. And since I may be too busy tomorrow to post, I thought I would do some 'Thursday Think-Ables'.

1. Do you watch the show 'Hoarders'? If so.......have you ever noticed how many cleaning products the hoarders have?

2. How is it possible that my little girlie girl Sydney Woo gets cuter every day, every hour, every minute, and every second?

3. How is it, that we can send people to outer space and to the moon, but we can't find cures for all of the diseases that are devastating to so many people and families?

4. Why is the Pittsburgh Steelers Terrible Towel so terrible?

5. Is it wrong to wear Spanx to the gym?

Well, just a few things that are on my mind. If anyone has any answers, please let me know. Some thoughts are serious, some pure curiosity.

Tutus are cute tootoo!!! Hiccups are not.

Aren't these cute????? I would love to put one on little Sydney Woo, but she would not have any part of this.......and neither would my husband. Haaa haaaa!!!! I think tutu's are so sweet. I was never a girlie girl back in the day. I was a tomboy jock. I know...hard to believe, but it is true. I played lots of sports and now I won't even watch them, never mind play them. Now I have evolved into a girlie girl.
And like the title says....tutus are cute, but hiccups are not. I can't get rid of the hiccups today. I am trying to drink some ginger tea in the hopes that they go away.
Have a great Sunday!!!

Pretty in Pink Decor

Okay, so here is the world's sweetest nail salon. At first I thought it was my dream classroom, but then I read the caption. How cute is this???

This room makes me feel cozy and happy! A cup of tea, nice pillows, a warm fire, and of course, the colour pink!

Oh my......................I could lay here for hours and read my books.

Now THIS is a stove!

Beautiful Peacocks

Peacocks are amazing. Here are just a few of the zillions of gorgeous images I found on the web. I used the mosaic maker from Big Huge Labs to put nine images together.

The Best Mixer Ever!

Here is a picture of the mixer that I have, the KitchenAid Artisan. It is awesome! Our kitchen is done in cobalt blue, yellow and white. Love the colours, just not the way the kitchen is set up, so when we redo the kitchen, the cobalt blue stays, not only because of my gorgeous cobalt blue mixer, but because of all of the beautiful plates that my parents brought us back from Portugal.
Oh, and yes.............I DO use the mixer, it's not all for show. The beautiful showpiece is the most amazing small appliance and makes my baking and cooking so much better. It's my kitchen dream machine.

LOVE these plates! I have a few in our home and they are so pretty. I first saw them on Martha Stewart and then found them in a friend's store. I have a few little cake plates that match too.

Pretty Dresses

I LOVE clothes! We have a family wedding to go to next week and I went shopping with my Mom a few weeks ago for a pretty outfit. And I found one! I was going to make my dress, but have not had time yet. So unless I get REALLY ambitious this weekend, I will be wearing the pretty one that I bought. I just love it, it's black and white and very feminine with a mermaid shaped skirt. And let me tell you................Spanx are worth their weight in gold!!!! Don't leave home without them.
I love the vintage look in clothing. So pretty and feminine. With swirly skirts and gorgeous colour.
